In innovative and uncertain market environments, it is usually not clear at the start of the project what the final product should look like in detail. Dipl.-Kfm. Tim Neugebauer is Agile Coach, Scrum Trainer and Certified Scrum Master of the Scrum Alliance. As an expert in digital transformation, he has worked for public institutions, group companies and SMEs in the context of agile methods and the establishment of agile organizations for several years.
