The 6th international Chatbot Summit, one of the world’s leading series of events on Conversational AI topics, will open its doors for the third time in Berlin from 10th to 13th December. To date, 5 successful international conferences were held in Berlin and in Tel Aviv. The conferences bring the world’s most influential brands, global technology leaders, and fast-growing startups, together, and are helping them to accelerate the launch of Chat & Voice experience to the market.
This year together with the Chatbot Summit – the Voice Summit will take place in parallel for the first time – complementing the Chatbot Summit with content focused on speech recognition, voice interaction design, and voice assistants. The Voice & Chatbot Summit is expected to host 1500+ attendees, 50+ exhibitors dozens of startups and hundreds of leading brands. The conference will feature a full 4-day program including 2 days of interactive workshops and 2 days of a packed exhibition, keynotes and breakout sessions and startup competition.
In addition to the Chatbot Summit at the STATION Berlin and the interactive workshops, offsite events such as local meet-ups, exclusive roundtables, and educational programs and lots of networking opportunities will take place from ‘Bots over Beers’ on the first day and ending with Bots Till Dawn after-party at one of Berlin’s most exciting places.

- Susse Sønderby Jensen, Sr. Experience Designer at Adobe, is all about voice integration with Adobe XD. She believes that we’ll all talk more to our mobile devices instead of looking at them.
- Optimization everywhere: Bernhard Pflugfelder, NLP Lead and Data Science Advisor at BMW Group, uses Conversational AI to simplify business processes.
- Akemi Tsunagawa, founder and CEO of Bespoke Inc. is also on board. Bespoke Inc. is one of the fastest-growing chatbot start-ups in the travel industry.
- Best practices drive businesses forward. Wally Brill, Head of Conversation Design Advocacy & Education at Google, develops and maintains them in Conversation Design.
