DEALTERMS.VC Book Launch incl. Panel discussion with top VCs & founders
March 13 @ 18:30 - 21:30
On 13th March, COOPERATIVA Venture Group will celebrate the release of its book DEALTERMS.VC about venture capital deals for startups in Germany, written by Nikolas Samios and Anja Arnold.
Based on their experience from over 200 venture capital financing rounds as well as an elaborate series of interviews with more than 20 top founders and investors, the authors have created a practical guide to venture capital deals that creates more transparency for founders and investors alike.
The event will be kicked off with a macro assessment of the situation of entrepreneurship in Germany by Florian Nöll, chairman of the German Startup Association, and a fireside chat with Christoph Räthke [Berlin Startup Academy]. This is followed by a panel discussion with Dr. Florian Heinemann [Project A], Dr. Carolin Gabor [FinLeap], Marcus Börner [reBuy, Optiopay], Nikita Fahrenholz [Delivery Hero, Book a Tiger], Christian Claussen [Ventech] and the authors on what constitutes a fair deal, what founders should pay attention to during VC financings, and which terms initially seem harsh, but are essential for a startup’s success.
Everyone is invited to join us in the basement of Friedrichstadt-Palast (entrance Quatsch Comedy Club)! Please arrive on time.
