Full steam ahead – how do my workers stay healthy?

Full steam ahead – how do my workers stay healthy? | August 28 | Berlin
Our Next MeetUp “Full speed ahead – how do my employees stay healthy?” Takes us on August 28, 2019 to the halls of BARMER Krankenkasse.
At the beginning of the year we briefly talked about the possibility of health hours at the OnBoard days – which has made many HR managers curious. And now we want to dedicate a whole MeetUp to this topic: feel-good management for start-ups, big-ups and scale-ups.
Every company, every team, has to deliver 100% daily in order to either compete in the market or gain new market share. Every team member is important. If someone falls out of the team, this hurts especially the younger companies.
In our MeetUp you will be shown three different companies: What processes has already gone through a Grownup (Care.com), what happens in an established, progressive company (plista) and in one of the largest health partners (BARMER).
Three experts from the respective companies will report on their practice and their experiences with Feel Good Management offers and discuss them with you. Each company goes through different phases, currently has different challenges, but all have the goal: everyone should remain as healthy as possible on board.
Boring topic? Not for us – because without a team – there cannot be success.
The evening is divided into three blocks:
Block 1: Care.com (Cornelia Vogt, Director of People Operations)
In order to reach colleagues along all life cycles, we at BGM rely on four elements: nutrition, activities, workplace design and prevention. A key success factor has been the targeted involvement of colleagues in the selection and planning. Based on practical examples, we show how this can succeed …
Block 2: BARMER (Julian Loder & Benjamin Schlotzhauer – Startup Consultant, Health Project / Olaf Zorn – Ergonomics and Fitness Coach)
Employees must receive easily usable offers to integrate exercise and health-conscious behavior into their professional life. We show how it works … in the course of onboarding, a health day or as you wish!
Block 3: plista (Sarah Greiner-Miethe, Head of Human Resources)
Sarah (HR Guru @plista) will delight you with her great lectures on the subject of “promoting health” and “why I do not want to leave”. Plista is a global platform for data-driven native advertising in premium editorial environments, offering advertisers and publishers direct and centralized access to a broad portfolio of native solutions.
18:00 – 18:30 Open Doors
18:30 – 18:50 Care.com (Cornelia Vogt, Director of People Operations)
18:50 – 19:10 BARMER (Julian Loder & Olaf Zorn)
19:10 – 19:30 plista (Sarah Greiner-Miethe, Head of HR)
until 21.00 finale
The time is there to exchange with each other: ask directly if something is unclear and share your experiences with the others! The number of guests will be limited so that the MeetUp character is maintained and everyone can talk in a protected environment.
After the lectures, there will be enough time to talk about the topic and to network with drinks and snacks.
The doors open at 18:00. Drinks and snacks are provided (sponsored by www.orgos.io).
The event is aimed exclusively at in-house HR and recruiting staff, in order to exchange concentrated and undisturbed about current topics. In case of doubt -> please enter so briefly your current position (there will be no promotional emails).
And please RSVP, so we can put you on the guest list.
