How do you manage your business using OKRs | February 6 | Berlin
OKRs stands for Objectives and Key Results and has become an increasingly popular goal setting methodology for management to implement and sustainably implement strategies within organizations.
OKRs, originally based on the approaches of Peter Drucker’s MBO (Management by Objectives), have rightly received attention and attention after being introduced to Google.
OKR defines a common qualitative goal (objective) and quantitative sub-goals (key results) that should make the progress of strategic goals measurable and transparent. At the same time, each OKR can include individual tasks that are necessary to achieve the goals and give all participants the opportunity to keep their bearings and be “in-sync”.
The benefits are clear: transparency within organizations improves, focus on the common goal increases efficiency, priorities are easier to find and results are easier to measure.
