Secureexchange symposium: How SMEs and IoT find each other | September 11 | Offenbach am Main
For the German middle class the Internet of Things becomes more and more a success factor. But the uncertainty in terms of effort and security is often great. The secureexchange symposium invites visitors to exchange with digital specialists, industry insiders, cross-thinkers and co-thinkers. The kick-off event will take place on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 10 am to 8 pm in the “Alte Schlosserei” in Offenbach near Frankfurt a. M.
Top-class experts work together with the visitors on what is already feasible in terms of IoT today – also with regard to security. Digital visionary Christoph Keese, author of the bestseller “Silicon Germany” and managing director of digital consulting Axel Springer hy, presents why Germany lags behind in digital competition and how the connection can still be realized. Prof. dr. Thomas Bauernhansl from the Fraunhofer Institute teaches more about the IoT. The IT security expert and comedy hacker Tobias Schrödel inspires the round about how security holes can be uncovered – or better, not created.
