World Food Convention 2019 | May 7 | Berlin
What does the future of agriculture look like? How can we preserve our planet and feed nine billion people by 2050? How can technology help to fuel change in the food market? What is the future of our global food system and what role does the consumer play?
Tagesspiegel World Food Convention 2019 is going into its third edition.
Expect more than 500 decision-makers from politics and diplomacy, industry and associations, NGOs and start-ups discussing the future of agriculture, human eating behavior, food of the future and governmental interventions.
We are glad to announce Julia Klöckner, Federal Minister of Food and Agriculture , Dr. Gerd Müller, Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development and Pete Pearson, Director Food Waste at WWF as our keynote speakers. The conference will be moderated by our Tagesspiegel journalists Lorenz Maroldt, chief editor, Dr. Anna Sauerbrey, member of the editorial board, and Christoph von Marschall, diplomatic correspondent of the main editorial office.
The event will be held in English with simultaneous translation into German. As a networking partner of the World Food Convention we are pleased about your participation!
